Candidates take three components in total: H573/01, H573/02, and one of H573/03 to H573/07, chosen from Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism or Hinduism. There is no coursework — the qualification is assessed entirely through written papers.
H573/01 - Philosophy of Religion
Topics
Ancient philosophical influences, the soul, mind and body, arguments for and against the existence of God, religious experience, the problem of evil, the nature of God, and religious language.
